Great location - under 10mins to the metro. Lovely room, spacious enough for 2pp. Great shower and the massage chair a fab bonus! Would definitely rebook for a 2-3 night stay.

Would stay again!

Really nice 4* hotel. I always appreciate details, therefore beside the bigger room than usually in Tokyo and good room service, there were always available coffee/tea service free of charge, pajamas, excellet water pressure, good iron. Close to Shimbashi station (5min), Ginza shopping streets, Family mart/7eleven around the corner and Don Quijote on the corner. Recommend.

Breakfast wasnt really for my taste and pillows were too hard for me.

Loved our stay, would stay again.d

We stayed in room 1114, double room. It had a large window with a view over city to the river. Short walk to Shimbashi station. Easy to around after you learn the different systems. Very clean bathroom with excellent shower, good pressure and hot. Good toilet with bidet if wanted. Pyjamas provided are very comfortable, unfortunately you can’t keep them. It’s a 0-15 min walk to Ginza restaurants under the rail tracks. Family mrt is just downstairs. Massage chair in room is awesome, we used it daily. Will hold luggage for free during checkout day. If arriving/departing from Haneda, don’t waste money on a cab, airport monorail is really good. I love that you have daily cleaning options.

Not much to complain about . Remember rooms are very tight, not much room for suitcases. Staff English is basic but we made it. Don’t buy the breakfast. We had it one day during the week, very average. There are some cafes around for a light breakfast

Nice hotel with good sized rooms. I had a corner room that was big enough.

The breakfast was not very cheap. But good food and tasty.

Good value for what you get.

The breakfast was very good, lots of options. I especially loved the hot noodle vegetable soup. The location was great, close to a major train station and shopping. I felt safe and it was out of the busy part of the city.

The instant coffee was not strong enough and the room felt crowded with the massage chair.

Wonderful

I really liked that they changed the bed sheets, pajamas, towels, and dishware in the room everyday. The room had good decor (lighting, color choices etc) and even had a massage chair! The size of the room was nice and I liked the TV as well. They also had amenities down at the front desk for you to take which was nice.

The bed pillows filled with beans(?) were not very comfortable, but luckily the pillow behind that one was decent so we slept on that one most nights. The elevators were a little slow but overall not too long of a wait!

Overall, fantastic location n clean rooms, will come again

1) good location in the midst of Ginza area . Good for shopping n using the trains to sightsee all over tokyo. 2) walking distance to the the famous yurakacho area which is chockfull of local japanese eateries. Also can walk to the tsukiji market area 3) little touches provided by the hotel. Gaba chocolates which helps you have a good sleep plus the probiotic drinks at reception 4) my husband loved the massage chair 5) near to familymart & 7-11

1) rooms rather small & cramped 2) for some strange reason which i dont understand, reception was unable/refuse to call a taxi for us to go to the airport. 3) we had 2 rooms on the 15 th floor. The rooms had a lingering stale smell which could be diminished by setting the aircon temperature really low n cold. Perhaps coming from ventilation vents?

Splendid

Good location. Near walk to train station. Mindful nearest exit to the hotel does not have a lift. Luggages might be an issue. Room is big for its price, bigger room than normal hotel in Japan. Super worth it

Have to choose ur own amenities before heading into the room. Not a dealbreaker, just a little confusing on the first day

The stuff we’re helpful and nice. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel location was great, only 3 minutes walk from the main Ginza shopping street. It also has a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. The room was clean and we had a room service every day.

Location is perfect, near to subway and Donki, very convenient at late night.

The staff service was excellent, and their attitude was very friendly. When I reported an issue with the air conditioning having an unusual odor, they promptly addressed it by quickly moving me to a new room and ensuring in advance whether the air conditioning still had the odor issue. They were very attentive, and the communication in English was also very smooth.

When the air conditioning was turned on, there was a damp and unpleasant odor, which made me quite uncomfortable. It was only when I changed to a new room that the issue improved. However, I still had to set the air conditioning to a very low temperature and increase the fan speed significantly to avoid the odor.
